Restore Physiotherapy and Pilates currently offer both mat based and seated Pilates in two Leicestershire locations; Whetstone and Glen Parva. Parking is available at each venue.

Are you are unsure which Clinical Pilates class is most suited to you? Do you have more complex needs or prefer to work on a 1:1 basis? We can offer an individual Physiotherapy and Pilates assessment/treatment which is priced at £50 for 50mins.
